Monica GHEORGHE este conferenţiar universitar doctor în cadrul Facultăţii de Drept a Universităţii Lucian Blaga din Sibiu cu domenii de competenţă pe dreptul muncii, dreptul securităţii sociale, drept European al muncii, administrarea personalului, legislaţia muncii.

Este formator în cadrul programului „Bridge summer school - ULBS” şi acordă consultanţă juridică în calitate de consilier juridic în domeniul resurselor umane.

Este autor a numeroase monografii şi studii pe domeniul dreptului muncii şi lector în cadrul celor mai importante evenimente dedicate dreptului muncii.
