Piaţa muncii în contextul dezvoltării sistemelor digitale

The fourth industrial revolution, as it is now called, or Industry 4.0 is characterized by the digitization of industrial processes, leading to a transfer of decision-making autonomy to digital intelligent systems, to artificial intelligence.

Digitization can bring major benefits to companies, robotization, intelligent systems, icloud services are an important factor that can contribute to the efficiency of the activity. However, one should also take into account the issue of the human resource that will be laid off in the sectors of activity where there is a major investment in digitization.

The introduction of smart systems in companies can be a short-term solution to reducing the very large labour shortage. But we must consider whether the Romanian labour market is ready to absorb the thousands of workers made redundant without any active assistance measures that will help them move from their former jobs to newly created ones, through large investments in training and technology.

A patra revoluţie industrială, aşa cum este denumită în prezent, sau Industria 4.0 se caracterizează prin digitalizarea proceselor industriale, având loc un transfer al autonomiei decizionale către sistemele inteligente digitale, către inteligenţa artificială.

Digitalizarea, poate aduce beneficii majore în companii, robotizarea, sistemele inteligente, serviciile de icloud reprezintă un factor important ce poate contribui la eficienţa activităţii. Însă trebuie avută în vedere şi problema resursei umane ce va fi disponibilizată în sectoarele de activitate unde se investeşte major în digitalizare.

Introducerea sistemelor inteligente în companii poate fi o soluţie pe termen scurt a diminuării deficitului foarte mare al forţei de muncă. Dar, trebuie să ne întrebăm dacă este pregătită piaţa muncii din România să absoarbă miile de lucrători disponibilizaţi fără măsuri active de asistenţă care să îi ajute să treacă din locurile de muncă desfiinţate către altele nou create, prin investiţii mari în formare şi tehnologie?
