Eduard Traian NICOLAU are o bogată experienţă ca inspector de muncă şi Director de resurse umane în cadrul unor companii renumite. A fost asistent universitar pe disciplina dreptul muncii în cadrul Facultăţii de Administraţie şi Afaceri, Universitatea Bucureşti. Este licenţiat în ştiinţe juridice şi a urmat un master pe dreptul muncii în cadrul Facultăţii de Drept a Universităţii Bucureşti. Urmează Şcoala doctorală în cadrul Academiei de Studii Economice Bucureşti, pe domeniul dreptului muncii.
